Concrete, scientific knowledge about how to raise a child from preschool to middle school.
In the book The Art, Heart and Science of Bringing Up a Child, educational scientist Dr Austėja Landsbergienė shares the insight, knowledge and experience she has gained as a mother of four working in the education system for two decades, interacting with other parents and constantly juggling professional and maternal roles. The book contains close to a hundred topics of interest to parents and teachers of first-year students, seasoned with authentic stories from Dr. Landsbergienė’s life raising her children.
Brought up with a conviction that we learn and should be learning our entire lives, that we should accumulate different experiences, travel as much as possible, read and constantly expand our limits and above all, keep dreaming, the author hopes that The Art, Heart and Science of Bringing Up a Child will help parents answer at least some of their infinite questions.
It will calm you down. It will give you hope. It will inspire you.
