Julija Steponavičiūtė’s love for making food coincided with the beginning of her career as a professional model, when, as a teenager, she began wandering the wide world. When not travelling, Julija used to whirl around her home kitchen in London, and cooking became a kind of meditation that helped her rekindle the pleasant memories of dishes she tasted, and the knowledge and experience acquired in her travels. That is how the blog KitchenJulie was born. In it, the model shares her passion for cooking and photographing the dishes; it has led to a book spiced with heartfelt stories and easy-to-make, yet unexpected, recipes.
